5 Wicklow Lake studies, each 30cm x 25cm

a series reflecting on the temporal nature of civilization and the enduring quality of the landscape. Glendalough which inspired this series was a world centre of Christianity in the 12th century, a city and university of thousands, but today the remains are shadows and imaginations.

I may well return to this exploration in 2008
